Netsounds will be frolicking with The Ironworks, Hootananny and Mad Hatters in Inverness to present a special musical Christmas gift to the music fans of Inverness on Wednesday 28th December.
We are joining forces to present a multi venue festival featuring a selection of the finest acts from the Highlands including, Bloodlines, All So Simple, Devil’s Queen, Dr. Wook, The Little Mill of Happiness, Ernest Rambles, Lawless & The Leash, Moteh Parrott & Friends, Sly At Last, Tamzene, THE MCGILL’S and more to be announced!
There will be no charge at each venue but donations will be taken in aid of Macmillan Highland. All of the acts taking part and the venues have donated their time and services free of charge ensuring that every single penny donated will go direct to the charity.
Caroline Campbell (Ironworks Venue), said ‘It’s great to be working alongside Hootananny and the great local bands and singer song-writers to put on a festival of free music in Inverness and hopefully raise lots of money for a very worthwhile cause’
“We are all ecstatic at Hoots to be teaming up with Ironworks to present some of the best acts in the area for such a worthy cause.” Steve Robertson (Hootananny)
The 3 venues in Inverness will be programmed so that the timings allow you to see a bit of every bands set, and people will be encouraged to see as much of the music on offer as possible.
And to whet your appetite even further… Team Netsounds will be spinning some party tunes into the wee small hours at the after party at the Ironworks!
